Heather is an Arabic Dancer based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, with an elegant and relaxed dance style guaranteed to win over the hearts of any audience. She fell in love with Arabic dance in 1999 and has been dancing and performing ever since. Egyptian dancers/teachers are her main inspiration and she travels to Egypt as often as she can to study and see the current stars of Cairo perform. She has learnt from the best including Egyptian teachers Randa Kamal, Dandesh, Mahmoud Reda, Aida Nour and Khaled Mahmoud alongside other top UK teachers. The authentic style and wide repertoire of techniques she has gained from this allow her to tailor her performance to suit any kind of event from intimate restaurant settings to putting on a vibrant and lively stage show.

Heather is an experienced and professional performer with extensive restaurant experience who has performed on many occasions with the dynamic accompaniment of the Nile Band, an Egyptian band based in Manchester. She has also danced at many private family parties and functions adding a touch of Egypt to every event. Heathers most recent adventures have been working with the Tarab Dance Company at the 2006 New Year's Eve show at the Algiers Hilton, Algeria and supporting Tarab's 'Strictly Bellydance' show being toured throughout the UK in 2007.
